THE FESTIVAL
Stockton Earth Day Festival has a long history of helping people recognize the importance of caring for our Planet and its natural resources. It is also an opportunity for the community to get together and address environmental issues that affect us locally and nationally.

Informative and interactive booths, displays and exhibits promoting sustainable solutions are an integral part of the festival.

TREE PLANTING
We will be planting new trees during 2023 Stockton Earth Day Festival! Let us know if you would like to help.
Little Manila Rising, City of Stockton Public Works and West Coast Arborists partnered up to plant 65 15-gallon trees in Victory Park, with about 25 to be planted during the Festival. Silver Maple, Shamel Ash, Frontier Elm and Black Acacia were chosen because in about 50 years, they could have a second life as a renewable source of lumber. This program is made possible by the Cal Fire Urban and Community Forestry Grant Program. |
