Warm-up for the day with stretching during a relaxing hour of Yoga on the Victory Park green starting at 9 a.m. Whether you are a beginner or have practiced yoga for many years, join instructor Jodee Nosanow Eatmon for a yoga session to begin the Earth Day Festival. Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and wear comfortable clothing.
Calling all yoga students and instructors of all levels and those who have never tried yoga but would like to try. Let’s join together with the intention of healing our bodies as the first step to healing the planet.
